2. Creating & Managing Account

To access our LEGIT ACADEMY services, you must create an account on our website.  By registering for an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your company. You're also responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Please don't share or transfer your account to someone else, as that's not allowed. In the event of your death, all rights to your account and other rights under these Terms will terminate.

You can cancel your account anytime by contacting us at hello@dot.legal, and we will handle your data according to our Privacy Notice. All rights to your account and other rights under these Terms terminate upon your death.

3. Your Limited Rights Regarding Course Content

When you enroll in our Academy online courses, you're granted a license to access and participate in the course content provided by LEGIT. This content is licensed to you and not sold to you, so you cannot share, resell, or transfer the course content. In legal terms, you're given a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content you have paid for.

4. Payments & Refunds

To buy one of our courses, you need to pay the fee, and we'll charge your debit or credit card or process other payment methods. We require you to use a valid payment method, and we reserve the right to disable access to any content if we haven't received adequate payment.
 
Please note that, due to the digital nature of our courses, we have a restricted refund policy. Once we've added your member account to the course platform, your purchase is no longer refundable. But don't worry, we'll make sure to let you know this clearly before you make the purchase.

5. Rules of Conduct

However, by doing so, you grant us a license to share and promote it through any media channels, including but not limited to advertising on other websites. This license is worldwide, royalty-free, and extends to any media or distribution method, whether currently existing or developed in the future. This grants us the rights to copy, reproduce, modify, publish, and display your content, as well as to use your name and image in connection with that content.

Company Registered Account

By signing up with a company email and enrolling in at least one of our courses (be it free or paid), it is understood that the account is registered on behalf of the company. This grants us the right to promote the fact that we have a course participant from the respective company on our website and across our social media channels. In doing so, we reserve the right to use the company’s logo for promotional purposes. It is a way to showcase the trust and collaboration between LEGIT ACADEMY and the diverse range of companies that utilize our platform for growth and learning.

7. Service Availability and Course Access

Please note that our platform may sometimes be down for maintenance or face security issues. Our Service and content are provided on an "as is" basis, and we can't make any warranties about the Service or specific results from using it. We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, like war or natural disasters. You use our content at your own risk.

When you purchase a course, you get lifetime access to the content, as long as we own the course or our business continues. If we ever move the course to another platform, we may not be able to transfer your account automatically. But don't worry, we'll let you know about any such transfer, and you'll be able to redeem a campaign code for the new platform free of charge.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to offer accurate and up-to-date information through our Service, we cannot guarantee the infallibility of the content provided. Therefore, we shall not be held liable for any damages, be they direct or indirect, that arise from the use of our Service, including but not limited to the application of knowledge or tools acquired through our courses.

This encompasses any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages including, but not limited to, loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities, irrespective of whether these damages arise in contract, warranty, tort, product liability, or any other form of civil injury, and even if we have been advised of the potential for such damages in advance.

We may modify these Terms at any time, and we'll notify all our registered members via newsletter. Any modifications will become effective when they're posted. You can't assign or transfer these Terms, but we may assign them to another company or person without restriction.
